We want to know exactly what professionals need - and what they still might need to work safely and without stress. Therefore we are permanently visiting construction sites all over the world and listening more closely. We believe: Listening is the start of every good idea.
Employees from all company areas are in dialogue with users and maintain an exchange of thoughts on the new development and optimization of tools, accessories and services. This dialogue also extends to include company areas that are also not normally in daily dialogue with customers in order for them to get to know the requirements and expectations of the customers and of course, to develop solutions.
The opinions and experiences from more than 200 interviews in the past 6 years are the platform for our innovations and optimizations. This permits us to always offer tailor-made system solutions for the differing requirements of professionals.
