Ford Truck Recall Tooling
Over the past several months, M & R Machine & Tool has been working with many Ford dealerships
across the United States on the recent truck recall regarding the driveshaft of 2021 and 2022 F-150 models.
We have identified several tooling options for the recall application, and have been providing the correct
tooling to each dealership based on their production capabilities. Listed in this section are the tooling options.
The magnetic drilling machines and annular cutter/pilot pin work best suited for the higher production facilities
that have to handle a large number of recall applications. The Hougen RotaCut® arbor and cutter are best suited
for facilities that are only handling a smaller number of recall applications and will be using a hand drill.
